POLICE DEPARTMENT NOTICE - 2/24/10 UPT Police Department is investigating a rash of thefts from motor vehicles in the 2nd District. The thefts are occurring overnight and the suspects are targeting unlocked vehicles. Electronics such as ipods and GPS devices are being taken. They remind everyone to lock their car doors at night and call 911 if they observe anyone suspicious.
