District on a non-Conforming Lot. The petitioners seek
Variances from Section 1258.01, Table B: Area, Bulk & Dimensional Standards.
Applicants request Variances from the required minimum and aggregate side
yard setbacks to allow construction of a two story addition on to their
existing non-conforming structure which would leave a 7.5' minimum side yard
and an 18.5' side yard aggregate where a 15' minimum side yard & 40'
aggregate are required. A Variance is also requested from the Maximum
Impervious Coverage permitted to allow for more than 20% of the lot be
covered.
