Case #06-05-07, Steen Outdoor Advertising on behalf of the owners of 721
Painter Street in the LI, Light Industrial District, currently mixed uses,
challenge the validity of Chapter 1276 of the Zoning Ordinance. Chapter 1276
being “Signs”, the challenge is to Section 1276.07, “Off-Premises Signs” to
allow placement of a double faced billboard measuring 14’ x 48’ with the top
of the sign 40’ above grade.
Case #06-05-08, Steen Outdoor Advertising on behalf of the owners of 700
West Baltimore Pike, American Carpet, in the LI, Light Industrial District,
challenge the validity of Chapter 1276 of the Zoning Ordinance. Chapter 1276
being “Signs”, the challenge is to Section 1276.07, “Off-Premises Signs” to
allow placement of a double faced billboard measuring 14’ x 48’ with the top
of the sign 40’ above grade.

construction of a screened porch which would have a 27' rear yard setback
where 35' is required.
