Executive Session:

Old Business:
Case #07-05-11, Blundin Builders, Inc., owner of a ground lot on South Avenue in the R-5 Residential District, request two Variances from Section 1266.06 (a) and (c) of the Steep Slope Conservation Overlay District to permit disturbance of the following:

1) 36.3% of the steep slope area on Lot #2 where
30% is allowed

2) 20% of the prohibited slopes on Lot #1

3) 30.2% of the prohibited slopes on Lot #2 where 0% is allowed

New Business:

Case #07-07-12, Jamie Roller, owner of 611 Autumn Lane in the R-4 Residential District, requests a Variance from Section 1256.04 I3. a.1. to allow preservation of an existing footprint of a detached garage which at some points along the lot line has a zero setback
where a 5' minimum is required.

Case #07-07-13, James J. Kelly, owner of 16 Dora Drive in the R-4 Residential District, requests a Variance from Section 1258.01 Table B: Area, Bulk & Dimensional to allow an addition 10' off the rear lot line where a 15' minimum rear yard setback is required.
