R-1 Residential District, request a Variance from
Section 1266.09 c.3. Prohibited
Uses
to allow installation of a
sports court in a very steep slope area where such uses are prohibited.
Case #07-01-04, Stone River Builders,
owner of 441 South Orange Street,
in the R-5 Residential District, request a
Variance from Section 1258.01 Area, Bulk and Dimensional Standards to
allow subdivision & land development of a set of twins on lots with 3,300
square feet where a minimum of 5,000 square feet is required and a Variance
is deemed necessary from the maximum impervious coverage % to allow for the
use of grass pavers for vehicular turnaround area.

Providence Road, located in the RO, Recreation & Open Space District,
request a determination that the proposed use of the Rose Tree Tavern=s
proposed new Carriage House building is permitted as a C5 AMunicipal/Governmental
Facility@. In the alternative, applicant requests a Variance from Section
1256.02 to permit such use.
Case #07-03-08, Daniel & Edwina Amoroso, owners of 196 Dam View Drive,
in the R-1 Residential District, requests a Variance from Section 1256.04
I 3 (a) 1 to allow a detached garage that is not 10 feet farther back from
the front lot line than the rearmost portion of the principal building
