 Case #06-05-07, Steen Outdoor Advertising on behalf of the owners of 721 Painter Street in the LI, Light Industrial District, currently mixed uses, challenge the validity of Chapter 1276 of the Zoning Ordinance. Chapter 1276 being “Signs”, the challenge is to Section 1276.07, “Off-Premises Signs” to allow placement of a double faced billboard measuring 14’ x 48’ with the top of the sign 40’ above grade.

Chapter 1276 being “Signs”, the challenge is to Section 1276.07, “Off-Premises Signs” to allow placement of a double faced billboard measuring 14’ x 48’ with the top of the sign 40’ above grade.
