Old Business:

Case #08-05-04, Donald B. Boutilier & Hannelore Carpenter-Boutilier, owners of 11 N. Feathering Road a B1 Use (Single-Household Detached) located in the R-1 Residential District petition for a Variance from Section 1258.01, Table B: Area, Bulk & Dimensional Standards. Applicants request a Variance from the required minimum front yard setback to allow construction of an attached one story garage addition on to their existing home which would be attached via a breezeway. The proposed footprint would leave a 32' front yard where a 50' minimum is required.

Case #08-05-06, Nick Titter, owner of 28 Overhill Circle a B1 Use (Single-Household Detached) located in the R-4 Residential District petitions for a Variance from Section 1256.04 I3.b.to allow a Residential Accessory Structure (storage shed) 3' off the rear property line where a minimum of 5' is required.


Case #08-05-05, Pennsylvania Institute of Technology, owner of 800 Manchester Avenue a C1 Use (School) located in the R-4 Residential District petitions for a Variance from Section 1256.02 D. to permit a Commercial Communications Facility. Proposed is a 122' tall tree monopole with antennas and related equipment behind their rear parking lot. Also requested is a Variance from Section 1256.04 H.3.j. to allow the existing wooded area, building and proposed landscaping in lieu of a Class C Buffer.
