Communications Facility. Proposed is a 122' tall tree monopole with antennas
and related equipment behind their rear parking lot. Also requested is a
Variance from Section 1256.04 H.3.j. to allow the existing wooded area,
building and proposed landscaping in lieu of a Class C Buffer. |
