| Upper Providence Planning Commission Planning Commission will meet the 4th Tuesday at 7:00 PM - 2 vacancies for a resident from any district but the 2nd and one must be from the 3rd district. The Planning Commission is responsible for review land development, subdivision, and conditional use applications and making recommendations on these applications to Council. The Planning Commission is also empowered, at the request of Council, to review Township zoning, subdivision, land development, and building code ordinances and make recommendations to Council. The Planning Commission meets on a monthly basis to hold public meetings on these issues.
