| Upper Providence Environmental Commission
Environmental Commission will meet at 7:30 PM (3rd Thursday) - 1 vacancy exists for a resident from any district except the 1st which currently has two representatives. Residents may submit a letter of interest to Edward Cashman, Township Manager, 935 N. Providence Road, Media, PA 19063 or email ecashman@upperprovidence.org
The Environmental Commission is an advisory body to the Township Planning Commission, Recreation Board and Township Council. They are empowered to identify environmental problems, make recommendations on for the promotion and conservation of natural resources, make recommendations for the possible use of open land areas, promote community environmental programs, and undertake environmental tasks as requested by Township Council.
