12/13/10 - The Sewer Authority adopted the Year 2011 Budget at the meeting held on December 8, 2010. For residential properties sewer revenues are based upon a rate of $100.00 per quarter. No rate increase is anticipated in 2011.

The Upper Providence Township Sewer Authority is reaching out to all potential buyers and sellers of real estate in Upper Providence who are part of the ongoing sewer project. These property owners have been notified and should be aware that the Sewer Authority is in the beginning stages of construction connecting them to public sewers. Properties bought or sold in the sewer project areas will be impacted and owners/real estate agents should disclose this information prior to entering into a real estate contract. Please be sure to check with the Sewer Authority M-F 9:00-4:00 p.m. @ 610-566-5376 if you are unfamiliar with the project or if you have any questions.
