The Environmental Commission is an advisory body to the Township Planning
Commission, Recreation Board and Township Council. They are empowered
to identify environmental problems, make recommendations on for the promotion
and conservation of natural resources, make recommendations for the possible
use of open land areas, promote community environmental programs, and
undertake environmental tasks as requested by Township Council.
