Note:  Additional Copies of an issued U & O form are $3.00 each.  A updated U & O with transferred names is $10.00

New construction does not require a U & O as it will receive a Certificate of Occupancy after the final inspection of the Building Permit is approved.

If the building or smoke detection system fails upon inspection, or if an applicant fails to keep the scheduled inspection appointment, the inspection will be FAILED and the applicant shall pay a reinspection fee equal to the cost of the initial application fee PRIOR to a reinspection appointment being scheduled.
