A Storm Water Management application and permit is required for each
subdivision or land development project; however, there will be no separate
fee as costs are included in the application fee and escrow fund as listed
above.
*Escrow fund shall be used to offset costs of review and preparation of
documents by Township Engineer, Zoning Officer, Land Planning Consultant,
Attorney, Sewage Enforcement Officer and any outside Township consultants
when applicable.
When escrow amount is reduced to less than 50%, applicant shall deposit
amount to bring escrow to the original total prior to continuance of the
review process.
Charges shall be made on a per hour basis with the balance of escrow
being returned to applicant upon project approval once final billing has
been completed.
