ORDINANCE NO.  431

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER PROVIDENCE, DELAWARE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING PART FOUR - TRAFFIC, CHAPTER 440, SECTION 440.01(D) OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE NORTH SIDE OF SHADELAND AVENUE.

BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1.  From and after the passage of this Ordinance,

Section 440.01(d) shall be amended to add the following location:

Highway                                   Side                                         Location

Shadeland Avenue                     North                                       Entire length

Section 2: This Ordinance is intended only to amend Chapter 440, Parking of said Code, and such parts of said Chapter or Code that are not inconsistent with the terms of the Ordinance shall remain in full force and effect

Section 3.  This Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after passage.
