Road Closure Aqua Pennsylvania is scheduled to close Orange Street between Baltimore Pike and Ridley Creek Road in Media Borough and Upper Providence Township, Delaware County, starting Monday, September 12, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for water main replacement, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced. The weekday closure of Orange Street will be in effect through mid-October. news release
