NOTICE
Notice is
hereby given that the Upper Providence Township Council, pursuant to Section
1280.02 of the Township Code, will hold a public meeting on Thursday, July
10, 2008 at 7:30 PM in the Upper Providence Township Building, 935 N.
Providence Rd, Media, PA to conduct conditional use hearings on the
following applications:

Cricket Communications, Inc., is requesting a
conditional use pursuant to Chapter 1256, Table A, Permitted Uses, of the
Township Code to permit the installation of a commercial communications
facility on the POC Planned Office Campus zoned property at 1400 N.
Providence Road, which will include three 8' high antenna arrays and
equipment cabinet mounted on the rooftop of the existing office building #2.

Metro PCS Pennsylvania, LLC, is requesting a
conditional use pursuant to Chapter 1256, Table A, Permitted Uses, of the
Township Code to permit the installation of a commercial communications
facility on the POC Planned Office Campus zoned property at 1400 N.
Providence Road, which will include six 9' high antennas and 3 equipment
cabinets mounted on the rooftop of the existing office building #2.

Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless is
requesting a conditional use pursuant to Chapter 1256, Section 1256.02, of
the Township Code to permit the installation of a commercial communications
facility in the rear of the B-Business zoned property at 47 State Road,
which will include an 83' flagpole cellular tower, generator and
equipment platform.

Sean O'Neill, 923-925 N. Orange Street, is
requesting a conditional use pursuant to Chapter 1266, Section 1266.05, of
the Township Code to permit the disturbance of steep and very steep slope
areas within the Steep Slope Conservation District to allow a proposed
subdivision consisting of 4 new dwellings, roadway and storm water
management facilities to be constructed on the R-4 zoned property
923-925 N. Orange Street.
Copies of the above individual
conditional use applications are available for review in the Township
building at the above location during normal business hours, Mon - Fri, 8:30
Am to 4:30 PM.
All interested
persons may appear and be heard. Any individual wishing to attend the
hearings and needing an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to
participate in the proceedings, must contact Anthony T. Hamaday, Township
