NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Upper Providence Township Council on May 12, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. in the Upper Providence Township Municipal Bldg., 935 N. Providence Rd., Media, PA will consider the adoption of an ordinance providing for regulation of dumpsters, portable outdoor storage facilities, open top containers and compaction containers within Upper Providence Township used for the collecting/or storage or trash, debris and other solid waste materials, including the storage of personal property and providing penalties for violation thereof.
