NOTICE
UPPER PROVIDENCE TOWSHIP

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Upper Providence Township Council on September 9, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the Upper Providence Township Municipal Bldg., 935 N. Providence Road, Media, PA will consider the adoption of an ordinance approving the editing and inclusion of certain ordinances as parts of the various component codes of the codified ordinances of Upper Providence Township, PA.

A copy of the ordinance is available for review at the Township Building during normal business hours at the Delaware County Law Library, the offices of this newspaper and the Township’s website www.upperprovidence.org.
