ORDINANCE NO. 471
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER PROVIDENCE
AUTHORIZING A TAX LEVY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012 ON ALL REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP.

THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER PROVIDENCE, DELAWARE COUNTY, PA, DOES HEREBY ENACT AND ORDAIN:

Section I: That a tax fee hereby levied on all real property within Upper Providence Township subject to taxation for the fiscal year 2012 as follows:

Section II: That rate for general purposes, the sum of 3.648 mills on each dollar of assessed valuation, or the sum of 3.648 dollars on each one thousand dollars of assessed valuation.

The Ordinance is available for review in the Office of the Township Manager, 935 N. Providence Road, Media, PA during regular business hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
