Construction phases 1, 2, and 3 have been completed and residents have been connecting. Construction of phase 4 is within days of completion. Pressure testing is expected to begin this week and should take several days. Letters to the phase 4 residents are expected to be mailed out in about two weeks.

A special note to phase 4 residents: Because of the time of year, final restoration of the lawn areas will be done in the spring. Any restoration done now would have to be redone and would not provide a good result. Road repair will be completed after pressure testing is completed and as weather permits.

Phase 8 and 9 construction has been awarded to Brubacher Construction Company who also builds the phase 2, 3, and 4 systems. They will probably start phase 9 constructions in late January or early February. Phase 9 should be completed by early summer and phase 8 by fall.

A workshop is scheduled for the residents of phase 8 and 9 on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 8 AM to 4 PM. This is an opportunity for interested residents of this area to stop by the Township Building and ask questions on a one-on-one basis and also see the actual construction plans for their neighborhood. A number of Sewer Authority and Kelly and Close Engineers personnel will be on hand for those who stop by during the day.
