Greg Woodrow has served with the Upper Providence Police Department since 1997. He currently serves as Senior Most Patrolman and Department Lead Range Instructor and Quarter Master. He was inspired to become a police officer earlier in his career while working in Fire and EMS. That gave him the desire to help people and the community even more. Officer Woodrow's favorite part of his job is seeing the way children look forward to seeing the police car show up and turn on all the lights!
One of his favorite memories from his time with the Upper Providence Police Department was when he got a call late at night for a sheep standing in the roadway! Yes there was an actual sheep standing under a street light on a side street. Officer Woodrow is happily married to his wife who he had met at the local Wawa and they are still together after 17 years and counting!
